About the Role: As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assessing and processing cases across various Canadian immigration categories. Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals seeking immigration for business, work, tourism, or study, as well as assisting corporate clients in hiring foreign talent and facilitating their relocation. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within our team to provide comprehensive solutions to each client, including:

  • Conduct client intake procedures and determine appropriate immigration strategies based on individual profiles and needs.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the immigration process, maintaining open communication, both verbal and written.

  • Prepare immigration forms and supporting documents for submissions.

  • Manage a high-volume workload of complex cases.

  • Draft legal correspondence, including inquiries, responses, and submission letters directed to IRCC, Service Canada, and CBSA.

  • Conduct ongoing legal research to stay abreast of changes in procedures and requirements from relevant government agencies.

  • Perform administrative duties, including client file reviews, database updates, and preparation of Service Agreements.

  • Ensure client billing is up to date and approve invoices generated by the accounting department based on service agreement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the immigration field.

  • Current member in good standing as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.

  • Multilingualism is highly preferred.
